"Digital transformation is not merely a technological shift, but a structural one," Sadr stated, emphasizing the country's commitment to fostering innovation, encouraging entrepreneurship, and investing in national communication infrastructure. This includes active support for knowledge-based companies specializing in areas such as artificial intelligence, fintech, digital health, and smart agriculture.
