Addressing and responding to vulnerabilities and accidents in the production and exchange of information
Paying attention to the importance of responding to the events of the information exchange space and the establishment of cyberspace disaster response centers, which have been carried out in most countries as CERT centers, the Maher Center as the National CERT of Iran in the year 87 and is at the national level to prevent and deal with the information exchange space.
The Center for Management of Computer Events (Maher) generally provides three categories of services.
- Relief and Reaction Activities:
Urgent investigation of cyberspace incidents at the request of organizations
- Preventive Activities:
The warnings, notifications, hazards, and weaknesses of the systems at the national level and the publication of manual packages for the retrofitting of systems
- Activities to improve the level of security quality:
Providing workshops and security training based on the requirements of the day's technologies
