This During a session entitled "Digital Governance as the Foundation for Long-Term Regional Collaboration,"  that took place in Russia, where Monkaresi engaged in a roundtable dialogue focusing on "Digital Transformation of Public Administration based on Platform solutions," shedding light on the rapid progress in digital platforms and domestic messaging applications. Monkaresi underscored the transformative impact of digital platforms as cutting-edge technology with far-reaching implications for economies worldwide.

A notable stride in this sector is the burgeoning growth of native messaging apps and the successful implementation of Message Exchange Bus (MXB), a pivotal initiative in Iran's messaging app landscape that has facilitated the exchange of over two million messages to date.

Local digital enterprises encounter obstacles such as restricted access to advanced technologies and fierce competition from global conglomerates. Amid these challenges, the proliferation of diverse local platforms remains essential for end-users, while governments prioritize enhancing the value of local markets.

Furthermore, cultural and linguistic supremacy, support services, local logistics and labor, local workforce development, and adherence to local regulations present unique opportunities for these platforms to thrive.
