In a groundbreaking milestone, National Window of Smart Government services has surpassed 40 million users, marking a significant achievement in transforming the way citizens interact with government services.Dr. Majid Fouladian, the Director General of the Monitoring and Supervision of Electronic Government Implementation, emphasized the pivotal role of this system as a unified reference point for accessing a variety of government services, aimed at reducing the need for physical visits to government offices and providing smart services to the people.
Dr. Fouladian hailed the public's enthusiastic engagement with the national window of smart government services as a testament to the success of the initiative in catering to citizens' needs and bridging the gap between individuals and government entities. Notably, the connection of executive bodies to this gateway has reached an impressive 98 percent, showcasing the widespread adoption and effectiveness of this platform.
Key national and provincial systems integrated with the national window of smart government services, including the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, Social Security Organization, and Unified University Window of the Ministry of Science, have garnered substantial public interest in recent months.
The cumulative number of direct service calls and utilization of national and provincial systems has surpassed a remarkable 3 billion calls since the inception of operations until the end of February, underscoring the immense impact and utility of the national window of smart government services.
