97.5% of the Government Agencies Are Joined to The National Window of Smart Services
In a recent exclusive interview with IRNA's economic correspondent, Javad Mohaddes, the Deputy of Electronic Government, unveiled the remarkable advancements in Iran's digital governance landscape. The past year witnessed substantial progress in areas such as the National Information Exchange Center, Government Cloud, National Window of Smart Government Services, and the National Unified Land Window.
Mohaddes announced the successful implementation of three projects – the National Gateway Licenses, Government Electronic Participation Platform, and Unified Smart Services Window for Universities – which garnered international recognition at the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) 2024 event.
The user base of the National Window of Smart Government Services surged past 40 million in the final month of the previous year, with 136 governmental executive agencies now connected and offering an extensive array of over 1800 services.
Noteworthy connections to the National Window of Smart Government Services include 52 municipalities and 133 hospital appointment centers, underscoring the widespread adoption of this cutting-edge platform. With an impressive 97.5% of the country's executive agencies now leveraging this digital gateway, citizens can conveniently access a diverse range of government and executive services through my.gov.ir with seamless one-time identity verification, eliminating the need for physical attendances.
