Iran's Presence in International Forums and the Development of Engineering Services Exports

Deputy Minister and Head of the Information Technology Organization of Iran, emphasized the importance of Iran's presence in international forums and the development of engineering services exports at the "International ICT Policy Trends" meeting.
In this meeting held in the ITO headquarters, directors and representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of ICT’s Center for International Affairs and Export Development, the National UNESCO Commission of Iran, the Research Institute of Communication and Information Technology (ITRC), ITO senior advisors, professors, and researchers from universities and academia attended.
Sadr asked participants to continuously follow up on this meeting due to the need for discussing and decision-making on the policies and procedures to be used in main ICT international policy-making trends. He further emphasized making bilateral interactions with other countries, especially neighboring countries, to export Iranian engineering services as well as using their experience in best practices in deploying new and emerging technologies and facing challenges such as regulation for developing standard domestic ICT applications.
