TEHRAN - The organization emphasized its commitment to upholding the rights of citizens and stated that the tariff of services for Government Offices, including value-added tax for the Forests and Rangelands Organization, is set at 37,500 tomans.
The Unified Land Management Window system (ULMW), responsible for preventing crimes in the field of land use (land-related forgeries and offenses, extortion, speculation, aggressive seizure and etcetera) and issuing land and building permits, generally provides its services to applicants free of charge. However, it acknowledged that certain segments of society, such as the elderly, illiterate, or disabled individuals, may face challenges in accessing these services directly. To address this, the system also provides services through Government Service Offices, in addition to electronic services.
The Iranian Information Technology Organization (ITO) has warned that unfortunately, there have been reports of some government service offices charging higher fees than the approved tariff for land permit applicants, leading to dissatisfaction and complaints.
In response, the Public Relations office of Iran's Information Technology Organization announced that, based on the "Government Service Offices Tariff in 2020," the tariff of services for Government Offices, including value-added tax for the Forests and Rangelands Organization (rows 91 and 92), is set at 37,500 tomans.
The Information Technology Organization has urged those who have paid more than the legal tariff to register their objections by calling 1649 for The Unified Land Management Window system’s contact center, also number 195, or the contact center of government service offices at 87682000 and retrieve their money by providing the relevant documents.
The organization also noted that a request for determining tariffs for all Unified Land Management Window system services has been sent to the Communications Regulatory Commission. Once notified, this information will be communicated through Iran's Information Technology Organization public relations.
